Man, we would love to put you on a team. Your enthusiasm is great, and my lead drivers would be glad to share industry ins-and-outs (and you would be a "prize" for any company after a couple of years with these guys). But, my insurance requires that a driver have 1 year of certifiable driving before we can insure them. Maybe someone on here can offer an idea where you can get that 1st year. It's do-able.
