This company is based out of Bogota, TX and their USDOT# is 580265 MC#282180. So I worked with them from Feb. 2025 to Mar. 2025 and for the entire month I drove, I only received one paycheck in the amount of $211.08. They claimed the reason was that my first load was delivered late & that put me $738.12 in the negatives even though they supposedly waived the $500 late fee. Anyway, I was never late after that one first load. However, the owner continued to claim I was late for every load thereafter which is why he never paid me. Not only did they not pay me, if I argued about my nonexistent paycheck, he would cut off my fuel card and leave me stranded until he felt the punishment was enough & not delivering their loads would affect them as well. Fast forward to now, I end up with a trailer accident, an unauthorized location violation, and a failure to deliver a load on my DAC report. How do I fight it? Nonetheless, I am warning other drivers so that they do not end up in a similar situation.
