I’ve often considered painting the top flat black. If your paints all good, maybe matte black vinyl is better. It will protect the current paint from fading. Change your mind take it off. Ever sell the Truck, paints still good.

I throw a baseball hat on the dash to block the glare. Only get the glare occasionally.
