There used to be a couple shops I'd sent them to in the past, but those guys are now either bought out by Alliant, or only sells Alliant units, and Alliant won't rebuild just exchange. I found one shop in Texas who'll do em. Everyone else just wants core exchange. OEM is backlogged, but at a grand each is too pricey anyway. Fleetrite is another option at about 600 each, again core exchange. How some there's shops everywhere that will rebuild Ford 7.3, and 6.0 but no Navistar 466 / 530? Other than the volume and single vs double shot, a 466 is the same as a 7.3 as far as I know.

    Efficiency.

Much more efficient to rebuild a tote of 60 than to keep one customer's stuff segregated and hand carried through the process.

Huh. Sounds like it might be an opportunity there. I wonder if there's enough 466 / 530s around to justify buying a test bench.
