I’m looking for the installation instructions for a 2001 international 9200i with Detroit 60 series. Current engine is leaning 1.5 inches to passenger side. I think someone has miss installed the mounts at some point.

The 9200 has a special bell housing and front motor mount to lean the engine 7 degrees(if I remember the math).
This is to lower the overall height under the hood and also to add a bit of foot room for the driver. You can measure from the kick panel to the doghouse on each side you will find a slight difference.
As a hint for you from one who owned a 9200
With a Detroit with jakes to remove the valve cover unbolt the front cab mounts and lift the cab at least 1.5 inches on each side and block with box steel or hardwood. It is easier, quicker and better than removing the doghouse tunnel. You will see horizontal holes in the upper can mount and you can put a bar through those holes to lift the cab with a 3ft prybar.

Why are the tanks on the passenger side and the inside take is being hit by the transmission even after new engine mounts? Nothing appears to be cracked or bent.
