I would never lease to begin with case when the truckdrivers came in for their appt,they would tell you from the start (NO LEASE)
This board is priceless,i know out of 39,000 members their are several crybabys on here.
But at 41 i know nothing is as good as what it seems!

I have maybe seen some of you for appts around the Huntington WVA way the comp was called Forth Foods (very small 500,000 cases to the ceiling)
I have had lots of pissed off drivers sent my way and proud to say most wanted to come back

 

I went to have lunch with my buddy who i worked with for 14 years as a shipper/receiver and i thought he was going to have a stroke when i told him what i was doing(lol)
He told me if i ever came back there he would have King James receive my load(lmfao)
King James is about 5ft 5in tall maybe 100lbs and he has the biggest chip on his shoulder.
I can remember he pissed off more than 90% of the truckers,but when he had a live one(who took no bull) he would go to the warehouse manager and tell him that you need Tree to unload him cause he didnt want to beat up the driver just because he was ###.
(lol)What it boiled down to was the trucker was double his size and he was scared(lol)
So i was told to unload this trouble maker ,sheeeeesh the guy was a big teddy bear just as long as you treated him with respect.

But isn't that the name of the game ,treat others as you would want to be treated????????????????
