If you already have a job you be best to look past Titanium

 

what’s so bad about them , aren’t they the same as every other mega carrier .

 

I know people who worked there and quit due to poor dispatching, poorly maintained equipment.
There’s a reason they can’t retain very experienced drivers.
I asked a friend who quit there to work for less cpm elsewhere, he filled me in

 

Yea, a girl I drove with at my LTL place, went to Titanium cause they promised her a dedicated US run. What she got was Wpg to GTA, being pushed like no tomorrow, and none of the trailer(s) tires had tread on them LOL. I think she lasted 3 weeks, and her entire orientation group was done in a month. I think they've gotta be almost bankrupt.

 

see that’s another thing I don’t deal with over here . if there’s any mechanical problems with the equipment, here all we have to do is drop it at the shop . then send a message to fleet support on the Isaac and for trailers leave a note with the problems . tractors we fill out a work order and it’s fixed by the next day . I can’t imagine dealing with that bs . once again i have it good here , now if i could only get them to open up their wallets alittle more i would be all set

 

I think its coming, if some rules and laws actually get enforced, guys like yourself will be in a good spot (or the only ones left). As far as freight trucking goes (esp in the GTA) you're in a good spot, now that we've seen how this downturn is playing out.
