Your not wrong. And thats one of my fears is going to buy dinner and find out later someones THC vape leaked on hos hands then got into my food or it was intentionally laced just to screw over drivers. Maybe even made in a facility that does THC and the food got contaminated.

That said its also why i read the ingredients list of anything i even consider buying if its a new product. And ive gotten to where if a company makes a THC product and normal food i wont even touch them. Wont eat anywhere i smell pot either.

Im not saying regs dont need to change just that this stuff is playing with fire.

Weed has become way more common with so many states legalizing it and drivers not understanding they still fall under the Federal Regulations against it. We recently fired a driver who had several years with us an 10+ in trucking, he bought a weed vape pen in AR while on home time to try, got called for a random, was dumb founded it counted against him because it was legal to buy.

And this is why anyone who values their CDL needs to just abstain from anything much stronger then 1 or 2 beers or classic cancer sticks. It is WAY to easy to lose your livelyhood to something dumb playing with mind altering substances. Just not worth it.

Between the vape pens, the weed itself and the next big thing as of late,CBD oils,some of these drivers don’t understand that with a CDL you’re under different rules.
