I know this in a old thread, but I feel the need to correct this post.
I loved this truck, now I have driven just about every make and model that have been on the road. (Note that I said JUST ABOUT)
Everyone loves (or likes) Peterbilts and Kenworths, simply because they look good. What I loved about this truck is the fact that anyone who knows (or has been in one recently) you can walk into any chrome shop in the country and find 3 walls of accessories for a Pete or a KW in any of them. I chose this truck (I had my choice of trucks when we traded the old one in), but the fact is I like a challenge, and It was fun trying to find the parts I needed to make this truck look good. The truck itself was a stripped down basic truck with nothing on it, everything you see in the pictures, I did myself, from the headlight to the hood latch.
Like my tagline says at the bottom of the picture on my signature..."Straight Pipes, Chicken Lights, and Train Horns ...only way to go Trucking".

My last truck was named the last day i had her. Tonya Harding She took a steel steep to my knee been off since Aug 29 had 3 surgerys and Knee replacement. Step was half ##### repaired when another driver roller her over and mount broke.

Nothing wrong with 1/4 on the trailer. I actually think it makes the trailer unique in a way, even though I have seen it done a few times, especially with spreads (reefers) ... I happen to like the look, and in reality, being unique on the road is what turns heads, and the attention is what i like to get when other drivers comment me on my truck.
Thanks for stopping by...have a great day and drive safe.

American Truckerthehornet Thanks this. -
I named the last truck I had Sunfish after the bucking horse move to try and throw the rider, downhill stop and go was dangerous in that thing.
The current one has no major issues other than usual break downs and nothing abnormally bad there.
Leaky windshield though and I refuse to use that to name it.
Pewter Pooch would fit the coloring and the lack of speed when loaded.Last edited: Jan 8, 2012
