Moved a D6R the other day from Virginia up north of Louisville. What a crappy route they permitted me on….

CAXPT, Big Road Skateboard, cke and 10 others Thank this. -
I had spent about 18 months on it. From engine to suspension to brakes and anything associated with them. It was about ready to see the outside of the shop after a long rest….

On a job number of years ago up in Philadelphia. The Philly Diner was in walking distance of the Clarion Hotel where we stayed so we had ate there a few times for dinner. Tried it for breakfast and my buddy Tony got a little extra at no extra charge…..

Pro tip. On a cat machine if you pull the end bits off the blade you will gain six inches. Sometimes it’s the difference between an escort or a #### routeCAXPT, Big Road Skateboard, cke and 7 others Thank this.

@TripleSix @AModelCat …Story time. You two hit the weights so you might be able to identify with this.
Where I park my truck there’s a section of highway guardrail between the trucks and the outlets where we plug them in. Tuesday afternoon when I parked I went to plug it in I went to throw my leg back over the guardrail to go inside, turn in my paperwork and paperwork and punch out.
I didn’t lift it high enough, and slammed my knee into the edge of the guardrail on the back side. That hurt so bad it nearly put me on the ground. If you’re looking at the center of my right kneecap the point of impact was about 2 inches northeast.
After regaining my composure I limped inside to take care of business and go home.
Later that night I’m laying in bed wide awake, leg hurts like hell and I can barely move it. I could put weight in it extended but I couldn’t bend it, let alone put weight on it bent. I started thinking I tore my quad. I went in to work wondering how I’m gonna make it through the day.
Now here’s the strange part.
As the day went on it got better, like a day’s work was helping. It’s still sore and feels warm but nothing like it was. By Wednesday afternoon I figured if I had a torn quad I wouldn’t have been walking after it happened.CAXPT, Big Road Skateboard, cke and 5 others Thank this. -

Got about 2.5 feet of wet dense snow up by our place. Neighbor tried to help by digging out the end of the driveway from the plow but he gave up and left me a 4ft mound of hard pack right in the center of the driveway. Supposed to warm up and then freeze every night so didn't want it to turn into a giant block of ice for the next month.
