Someone told me it was $200, but you might be correct.
Florida offers a king pin blanket permit covers multiple trucks, or an individual king pin permit that only covers one truck. They are both the same price.
I was told if you get the blanket permit you actually you have to wait for it in the mail. If you get the individual permit that covers one truck, you don't have to wait for the permit to come in the mail. Don't know why they do it this way.cke and ElmerFudpucker Thank this. -

I don’t think you can buy the permit unless the axles are fixed? At least that’s how it used to be.

I just purchased a 53’ spread axle, that’s Cal legal, kingpin to center of rear axle is 40’, so if Florida, is 41’, I’m assuming I’m good, haven’t been that far east in 13 years
