Buc-ee’s is flat out ridiculous with this mess

Like i’ve said before. The owner is a loon. He has so many lawsuits going on for frivolous crap he’d sue himself if it benefited him.

 

Buccee’s sues the US mint for trade mark infringement.

 

Agreed, he/she/they are loons ! One idea crossed my mind, in any bussines, advertising takes $$$$ in their overhead, I would be surprised if these crazy suits do not provide plenty of "advertising" for them. Just being mentioned by name anywhere for any reason is advertising. Just a thought that crossed my mind.

The Frio Beaver lawsuit was legit, and the Choke Canyon BBQ lawsuit was a real stretch (they also make a pretty good sausage sandwich, BTW), but this is just plain ridiculous.

Oh, and if you want some of that BBQ you'll have to park in the dirt in front of the store, because the travel center does not allow trucks in their parking lot.
