Sandhu on the door, tape on the bunk from switching authority. Can’t believe they’re getting the runaround on who’s paying for the cleanup on this one.

It’s a Cascadia, just go in there with an excavator and a dozen dump trucks :)

Sounds like they’re not wanting to pay for anything if they’re getting the run around on covering the costs of the initial cleanup.

I understand but it still needs to get done.

Bill the carrier and cancel their authority in Missouri until it’s paid. Seizing all assets that are prohibited in state

That looks rough. I'm gonna guess the driver died.

The wreck was 3 weeks ago. They’ve probably been on different authority for at least 2 weeks now.

This is another example why the removal process of these clowns need to be ramped up and these folks need to be put out and removed

I traveled 44 a couple times a week and I have never seen more trucks in the median than 44 in Missouri. Usually in the straight away parts and often the wrecks were there for days before the cleanup occurred. I assume it is so many loads coming from the west coast with drivers like your heading stated who have no business in a rig.

This is another example of why we need to hold shippers and brokers financially responsible for the actions of their contractors.

It’s the same in Canada, this one got dragged as far as the nearest “turn around” where it sat for weeks. Tow companies have to be paid upfront. And the usual suspects have bought all the heavy wreckers businesses
