HELP!! SWIFT RUINED MY DAC & Hire right report!

So a few years ago I worked for swift. I quit swift they left me on the side of the road for 3 days without calling me or trying to help me I’m GA. Once the tow truck came I had already told my driver manager I was quitting I sent email and told her cleaned the truck took pictures turned in my book and left! SWIFT then turns around and put on my DAC report that I was fired without a reason being listed I didn’t find this out until I applied for Groendyke Transport the recruiter asked me was there any reason why they would put that there. I sent her emails, text messages even added her on a three way call while I called my old driver manager, terminal manager they didn’t answer so we called swifts corporate office! They told me to use driver portal to dispute it as they are not talking to me about it because I no longer work there.

Fast forward a year later they are still refusing to change it. They have things on there saying I was fired and I resigned and the dates are wrong . They also put I spilled hazardous materials and I didn’t even have a hazmat endorsement when I worked there I got that AFTER and I NEVER spilled hazmat material EVER in life so how could is that even possible. If I dispute it they reply the same response denying my claim “After further review we confirmed our records resulting in your request being denied.”

this is costing me jobs that I want if I see a company local that may be a good fit I’m denied because while they believe me these companies have rigorous hiring criteria and that alone is resulting in my hiring process being extended then denied. There have been two jobs in which I had background and drug screens passed and orientation, hotels and travel scheduled by companies then told no because of swift reuses to fix it!

Just this most recent time I texted my old driver manager and I’m like hey is there any reason why swift is still reporting I was fired she’s like what’s your old driver code let me email “Phoenix” (home office) to change it and can you fuccckkkn belive they denied it again with the same reason!!! They are using a system called Cisive Driver IQ. What can I do about this? How can I get all my info off this bs and stop them from reporting when I do applications or anything bcs they won’t take it off and neither will swift but I am being punished by it!

 

No I rode with the tow truck driver back to the Atlanta terminal got told o could leave it there cleaned it out turned in my book and key to the terminal manager and everything they even got

 

man I know how dumb that #### sounds here’s the even crazier part I was sitting there because I ran out of fuel because they insist I keep driving and refuse to give me fuel because they don’t use pilots even the the message sent on the tablet shows me asking all day. I think I’m going to do a TikTok story time to make it make sense but yes it was when I showed in GA a few years ago

 

I was on a back highway in GA back when it snowed so yes 3 days and not one single person stopped to help or ask me if I was okay. Swift claims they forgot about to tell me the tow truck wasn’t coming the whole first day at 4 pm and here it is the next morning when I’m finding that out
