    Easier to fleece wealthy folks who don’t check their accounts on a regular basis
    I know investment advisors pinched fraudulently misappropriating funds and when caught the company got clients to sign NDA to protect share price and allow advisors to resign when they should have been walked out in shackles to face federal prosecution

    Many people buying lottery tickets online are being ripped off also. One Texas woman won $83 Million on a ticket she bought online and hasn't received anything and probably isn't going to.
    I think Jackpocket is the online company that's ripping off winners.
