I just can't get past all the fast talking and cuts every 2-3 seconds.
It's like someone weaving from lane to lane trying to get somewhere more quickly, and in the end we are sharing the same stop light.

As discussed in other threads, this is more of a dog and pony show than any real 'house cleaning'.

Most of the involuntary CDL school removals are for entities that haven't processed any student paperwork in some time or have missed required fillings - ie providers that are no longer providing. That makes me think a large portion of the 100 who 'voluntarily removed themselves' did so because they weren't in business any more. Technically, the City of Green Bay, Green Bay Area Schools, and Brown County are all ELDT providers in good standing - none of them actually provide training, they send people to NWTC and FVTC. Meanwhile HabHab and Titan are continuing to churn out "drivers" that can't pass a Schneider check ride.

I find it hard to believe that FMCSA is going to be increasing enforcement against chameleon carriers when it's budget has been cut by 14% and it's workforce by 7%.

Don't get me wrong - I'd love to see FMCSA start dropping the hammer on bad actors. I just don't think its going to happen.
