This is the bridge that made me start driving in the inside/left lane on 2 lane bridges. I have crossed this bridge many times. It's posted on signs along the roadway that trucks must use the right lane. They'll just have to give me a ticket.. point blank. I will not drive in the right lane on that bridge. I do know that they ocasionally write tickets for trucks in left lane but its not very often, and I think thats why.
Ive been around the loop a few times but I really aint fond of that long, high bridge either. Oh, well... 9 more weeks for me and I wont have to worry about it.RockinChair, Flat Earth Trucker and hope not dumb twucker Thank this. -
IIRC that bridge has a concrete jersey barrier separating the eastbound and westbound lanes, so that bucket truck had to jump over that before it crossed into oncoming traffic.

I always remember that stretch of bridge in the late 80’s early 90’s as do bouncy in a truck that you’d feel like it buck you off into the Gator pool.
