I've seen long dents in the fifth wheel from people missing, deep ones

 

Full throttle back until you can make a bang sound heard for miles. Oh wait. Stop and check to see if trailer nose and fifth wheel plate are at matching height first? No way. Cdl school taught me all trailers sit at same height and ram it in so’s it don’ts fall off later.

 

That being said I wonder if the king pin that went thru it is still connected to the trailer?
