Microplastics

I feel we are at a point of getting ....maintenance operations....to keep us healthy and active in our older years.
For an example.....exactly what you showed about the plastics harming us. We can have that scraped out and we are like brand new from that point. I know a man who went to the hospital with non-specifics complaints. Doctors decided to do exploratory operations , to find his problem....they ended up doing a lot of scraping and cleaning of clogged arteries and I don't know what all. What I do know is this guy was dying , until the doctors did this "maintenance" operations and made him fresh, (I know nothing medical this is just my words , knowing what they did). They did this years ago...his last birthday he turned 90 . I expect to be going to his 91st as well.

 

I believe it is the fermenting in kimchi, and if that lots of things that get the same kind of fermenting , think sauerkraut, pickles, etc. help us in many ways.
Probiotics are really good for us. When you do get the kimchi or sauerkraut you have to make sure its been done right.
A great probiotic is KEFIR, can't say enough good about it. Nancys is a good brand.

 

Good lick with getting away from plastics when anything else made out of metal, glass, or wood has been deemed unsafe to use in lots of everyday things. Can’t imagine the auto makers buiding a car that is 90% steel without plastics in the interior again. Them vehicles alone almost wiped out society into extinction the first 60 years of their existence. Glass 2 and 3 liter coke bottles or glass gatorade or water bottles that killed lots of folks and made many trips to the er back in the day. Steel Colman coolers and metal lunch boxes that caused health issues and deaths all across the globe.
