Go 3000 to 3200, she will take you up. A little judicious parts shopping and lots of spring like labor, have you a nice car. Cite the ledger of repair/service records in ANY conversation when interest is shown. Sell out jhen at $7500 if the radio quits or the heater core goes.

The way it sits two (2) grand would be my max. Would need to get it drivable and take it for a spin. Who knows what else might be knackered.
