Carriers beware.

PFS Logistics Inc (Private Fleet Sales) is the same company, and based on our experience, they do not pay their carriers.

We have an outstanding invoice of $600.00 for a load completed on December 19, 2025, and despite months of follow-ups, payment has not been made.

Major red flags:

• Non-payment for completed work
• Ongoing delays with no resolution
• Calls go unanswered, and communication is poor or ignored
• No urgency or accountability when it comes to paying carriers

We have also heard serious concerns about the company’s financial situation. Regardless, a completed load must be paid — no excuses.

Bottom line:
If you haul for PFS Logistics Inc / Private Fleet Sales, be prepared to chase your money for months — or not get paid at all.
