Have you bengay today?

My knee has been giving me the fits! Icy Hot stuff just hasn’t been doing the trick. Doctor says my knee is clean and recommends a $700 shot every three months. Been trying to walk more and get some daily squats to build up strength. Seems to help but not %100 yet.

Latest remedy I’m trying is DSMO. Applied some yesterday and instant relief so far. Give me a couple of weeks to confirm success or if it’s all in my head at this point. I’ll update later.
