Yeah, they're not common down this way. That one in OR was over 25k$ last I saw it, and it still had 5 or 6 hours left.

I think the 88 Model went under 9k$.

I'll keep trying to find one closer to home.

I am sound proofing right now, had to take the old stuff off and clean it up, will install the floor today ND take some pics, time for me to start moving the truck again, took all last week off

 

Are there any public car auctions in the area? Back in my K5 Blazer days, I would buy beaters to drive to work. Bought quite a few for $200-300. The most expensive was an old Chevy Caprice cop car for $1000 (was trying to be like Elwood Blues). I’d drive them til they broke, then call those WE BUY JUNK CARS people who would give $100.

This was, of course, before all the Mexicans moved in, took all the low rent housing and every beater available. But you guys don’t have Mexican, you have new Canadians. Are they buying up all the beaters?
