I’ve got a good friend who is looking for operators that can get on Landstar. Let me tell you about the horror shows that he’s had to work with. Obviously he’s fallen down on his hiring procedures etc. you just kind of expect a guy who gets hired that has 20 years verifiable experience to not be a rolling homeless person that doesn’t shower.

Anyone have any advice I can pass on?
