Some people realize the benefit of not having data centers on every inch of open land. Once the land is gone it’s gone. Wonder what everyone will think of AI when it depletes our water supply. Probably be too busy staring at their phones to notice.

 

AI is coming no matter what , it's the future and will be pushed as soon as companies make it profitable ...

I would take the money. Unless they have family or someone that want to farm the land and keep it going. Someone could put 26 million in the bank and live off the interest if you don’t go crazy and buy big house or boats or cars.

 

I live out in the sticks, in the last year I've received dozens of calls being solicited to sell my property. I dont even listen to thier offer... I just tell them they can piss up a rope then hang up.
