Help determine 3030 push rod length

We are rebuilding the suspension on an old east dump trailer. All 4 chambers have different rod lengths, and none of them stroke the same either. How do I know what to cut the new ones at? Normally I have old chambers to reference or a tape measure but I’ve never had a trailer this out of whack before. Thanks in advance!

No they’re all 2.5”. That is one I checked. It’s a trailer we only use a couple times a month. Finally needed rebuild, prior owner was let’s say shade tree on steroids. But now that I’ve got everything changed over I found this brake length issue and am having a hard time wrapping my head around how it’s to be set. It’s a Hendrickson ht300 suspension. Hendrickson is unsure what the factory push rod length is, so is East MFG

 

Yes. 2 are at 90 degree but the orange indicator on rod is showing. 1 is well over 90 and the orange indicator is out, 1 is 65 degrees and orange indicator is showing
