Detention caused ROI (always moist and delicious) this morning now headed home.

 

Hide count on I-90 has increased exponentially.

I stopped at TruckWorld in Conneaut OH for lunch. My belly is full of fried chicken, and I grow sluggish.

My motivation meter has been in the red all day.

I shall post up here for ERV, then continue westward under cover of darkness using stealth........

The yard waste generated over the past couple of weeks during a first pass cleaning up the bedroom garden.


Left pile is the larger scotch broom, hazel bushes, and small pine trees that sprouted in a bad location for me.

Right pile is the blackberry stems, fern stems and small stuff.

Will probably rent a trailer mount chipper once I trim up the fruit trees and get the north side fire break is cleared enough. Turn the waste into fill/mulch.

Only about 5 more acres to clean up once the north side fire break is done.

All in preparation for fall seeding of no mow ground covers......

 

@JolliRoger you might keep your eyes peeled for DAGS. He's somewhere in the Mississippi doing some kind of storm cleanup. He tall and skinny. Drives an older maroon Chevy pickup. Probably stoned most of the time.
