    The truck is a 2001 Pete,w/ a Cat C-15, 6nz, super 10 tranny, 3.55 rearend.

    Trl. 98' fontaine w/ 2 side boxes. 22'' drop.

    He owned the equipment but had it parked in his back yard. Didnt make sense to me either, but he made the jump now and best of luck to him.

    Good luck. Hopefully your O/O thread is as entertaining as the others. It must have been tough to delay starting your operation with that truck sitting in the yard.

    not really, the economy and finances played a big role in wait'in. i explored the lease operator side w/ the company i was driving for, but i would have had too take money out of my pocket to haul their freight. so i kept where i was at and doing my best for them till i felt the timing was right to do it my way and on my terms without someone telling me i have to take this or that load.

    as for the money, yeah it's a sizable chunk of mula to get started, not to mention going without a income till some checks start coming in and financing the fuel.
