An old friend of mine wanted to learn the didgeridoo.
Are you great with that Akai and midi keyboard? Which DAW do you use them on (Garageband, Pro Tools, Logic, Bandlab; etc)? Made any instrumentals and or recorded any songs? Have you posted any music online (Bandcamp, SoundCloud; etc)?
Anybody learning an instrument otr?

Haha, if i was fighting kangaroos randomly I'd probably carry a didgeridoo too. That's a cool one. I always wanted to try one of those super long horns from the Ricola commercials, it must be Swiss, maybe I guess.
Definitely not great with the akai but finger drumming is fun and I used to love developing chord progressions with cool inversions for voice leading, then recording each chord into Reason and mapping it onto the akai, basically chopping my own samples in a weird way.
So yeah Propellerhead Reason, 6 I think, is where I started years ago. Adobe audition. I never really went the fruity loop route but I loved the sequencer in ReDrum so I always wanted to mess with it.
Haha, now that I'm rewinding, the first digital aspect i saw was actually a Playstation game where you arrange music. I never tried it but I was familiar with someone who did.
Never really got into the more standard pro tools, cakewalk, GarageBand (never had mac), etc.
I've made all types of garbage Instrumentals during my heyday prior to the previous decade. I'm a super slow learner.
Never made anything good enough to post back then. But now I want to which is why I'm putting everything together.
What about you? -
I've recorded some garbage tracks. I've booked studio time in the past to put some of the stuff together. Your trash might sound like treasure to me... especially if it's abstractFolk Fries Thanks this.

When I get the time I'll shoot you something when I find the storage drive I got em on. What's the best way to share?
