So it looks like its waaaaaaay to much trouble to obtain a Temporary Resident Permit for the Canada. I can't even get to the F form to fill out. THEN. The want all kinds of proof that I am rehabilitated up to and including letters of recommendation from elementary school teachers that are long dead.

ok I made up that last bit but it's not far from what they want. Maybe @Carpenter Scotty can shed some light.
