I have a dtc 143 and 147 cam and crank incorrect signal signature. I replace both sensors and checked all the wiring. All seems good. I read that a bad egr valve can cause this. Has anyone ever heard of this?

We have seen this after someone has replaced sensors and caused damage to them or the tone wheels by accident. Did you have this code before any sensor replacements? Bad grounds can cause this. Alternators with failed rectifiers can also cause weird issues like this.

well I just found the first plug on the ecu to be filled with oil and loose pins on the ecu side. I need a wire diagram to see if those pins have anything to do with cam or crank. I put a few pieces of cardboard in between plug and trans dipstick.
