Yah, so what. Problem is that you’re stuck on points which is at the state level. Your conviction will not disappear from your record..period.
IMO jumping through hoops and wasting time on getting 2 lousy points removed is silly. But then again I have never dealt with any points on my CDL in 41 years.
How bad is 2 points on your MVR record?

Then why are you replying for answer to my question about points and tickets when you never had experienced having points in your CDL? Isn't that strange? You are also not a traffic lawyer.
-
Conviction for a non-moving violation.
And the points will be zero once I attend the traffic safety course which is just an hour.
So do you have anything more to say just to prove your inexperience? -
The members year have years of experience and for the most part know what they are talking about. Federal regulations concerning CDLs supersede any states regs. You are not going to be able to hide that citation. Probably the best thing for you now would be to stay with the job you have for another year. If you apply for another job, you won't be able to hide the citation. You are getting too hung up on the points thing. Even if the points disappear, that ticket will still be there. If you have not reported it to your present employer, you better do it. If you don't, and the company does their annual drivers record check and that shows up, you would likely be fired.tscottme, Speedy356, Concorde and 1 other person Thank this.

its non moving violation. And that does not affect insurance and will be zero points by next month once i attend the traffic course. So what else?

Why did you get on the internet and ask questions and then argue with everybody that tries to answer your questions when you already have a lawyer? TROLL MAYBE?
tscottme, TripleSix, RhodeGuy762 and 2 others Thank this. -
Not arguing. Just checking if the facts being told me is true as some people here are mere trolling.Trucker61016 Thanks this.

If there’s a chance you’re not going to like the answers you’ll get, ya might not want to ask the question to begin with!tscottme, Trucker61016 and blairandgretchen Thank this.

I once got a speeding ticket in Guymon OKlahoma in a CMV about 4 years ago as a company driver . I callled a lawyer in that state that specialized in traffic tickets. I just googled it and lots of them were available. He took my flat fee payment in advance and handled it for me. I never even went to court, he did. For a flat fee of under $1000 I got it deferred and it was dismissed if I stayed ticket free for 6 months. These ticket lawyers get the tickets reduced (or deferred) and it just goes away. You have to pay them but it's worth it. You have to contact them immediately if you get a ticket. My ticket was for 62mph in a 45 zone, BTW. So I was in deep doo doo.
