Apply anyway. You never know, maybe you can run teams with someone and get your training that way. At this point, yoi just gotta get your foot in some kind of way to get experience. Some companies have a standard for drug and alcohol events in which they won't touch you for a minimum of 3 years. Some companies want 5 years or more til after the fact and others, like Ozark or JNJ Express, won't even touch you at all. I think whats holding you back is the amount of time since your conviction. Maybe you can get it expunged....I'm not sure if that applies to a felony, but I'd ask and see. If you can do that, spend the money and get it done. See about an expungement first....let's start there. Ask your PO or whomever maintains those records....I can't remember at the moment. Start there and let us know what they say.tscottme Thanks this.
