Sorry if this sounds harsh, but with a drug conviction, you’re going to have a very hard time getting a job with a reputable company! Biggest problem you are going to find is, insurance won’t cover you, most companies, I believe want 10 years, when it comes to drug convictions, you might need to find a small local company that may over look this, but OTR? It’s highly doubtful

I drive for J Rayl out of the Sunnyvale, Texas terminal (just east of Dallas). I don’t know what their hiring policy is now, but the guy who trained me was an ex-felon with at least as problematic history as yours.
