We're at home. Went to Dallas an spent Easter with the Grandkids. Dropped my truck at Mack today. Getting front end fixed from the deer I hit. Gonna have radiator cleaned out while it's tore apart. Get the brakes and wheel seals inspected and adjusted. Plus my driver's door broke and won't open from inside. Hopefully it'll be ready to go by the end of the week. Then when I get back up north I need to get a couple drive tires and a steer. Then it'll be ready for annual d.o.t inspection in July.

Lonesome, Peace_Maker and bryan21384 Thank this.

My new international LT I got last summer just got a new transmission. Meiborg bought 25 of these trucks and 5 which includes mine have had the transmission replaced

Dang man....that deer did a 187 on your truck. I hit one.in Arkansas a couple of weeks ago, or should I say, it hit me, just a little ways east of Conway. The doe ran right into the passenger side. I swear I saw her head fly off....no damage though. Where'd ya hit that deer at?

    Lonesome Thanks this.

Going to McLane Ft Worth. My appointment is 1900. Is there somewhere close by there i can park early so I'm not driving through nasty evening traffic?

    Friend and bryan21384 Thank this.

Do they have Volvos? When I was at Great Plains, I had issues with their Volvos suddenly being overloaded on the steers. I was way heavy when I got to Cali, and the scale cop let me go cause I was almost to my drop.

Sorry for just now seeing this, but the McLane there has a staging area. You can check in as soon as you get there. They go ahead and get you in the system. Sometimes they get you in the door early, other times I've had to wait. Theres 2 staging areas. Each can hold about 5 to10 or so trucks if they park right. I think one of them has marked spaces.

I think Standard has all Internationals. That driver just didn't pull up on the scale properly for some reason. Climate has nothing but Volvos and a few Freightliners. I'm in a Volvo now and ive stayed around 11600 on my steers with a full tank. What was the reason for the sudden heaviness?
