Since 03/01/2026 ive been searching for a new trucking company and all the different companies start calling they were setting me up with drug test and making arrangements to get me to orientation, all of a sudden I fill out for a company after doing my do diligence on each company, then I receive a txt saying "Sir youre on CDL SCAN for truck abandonedment" ive never abandoned a load, I document everything from the time I pick up the truck I take pics and video, and once I drop truck off I take pictures of cleaning and dropping truck back off where I picked it up. And all of a sudden im on a shady foreign website ment to destroy drivers livelihood! This is why the industry is in hell! Petty companies treating drivers like we're ex lovers who are fighting it out in divorce court. How can I fight this? I hve everything to prove ive never abandoned a truck, ive never worked for a foreign company, and I dont even do a drug test until I receive a offer letter. And I get messed over like this! How can I fight this standing up? If anyone has any ideas or need any help with something theyre experiencing with CDL SCAN PLEASE CONTACT ME!
I hve Proof that CDL SCAN Is falsely reporting drivers how do I fight back

I have seen a lot of sketchy websites and this one would be high on the list. If the company uses this to decide whether to hire on drivers, do you really want to work for that company?
EastCoastResident, wis bang, dand200 and 2 others Thank this. -
Hi,
Dis you receive any resolution? Just recently notified of the same issue. -
My Spidey sense is tingling on this one. I smell scam. Sounds to me like someone made a website and sent these notices out to people who were applying for a trucking job. Either they will try to get some money or access to your bank account or credit card. I CERTAINLY WOULDN'T ENGAGE FURTHER WITH CDL SCAN. Do nothing at all and I suspect they will turn out to be scammers.

Imagine that. HireRight got sued for this same BS and now another one shows up under a different name that’s based God only knows where.
