I wonder why they wanted to go with TA? I've been in all 3 & all of them seem to do good.

Sons Hero, Feedman, CAXPT and 3 others Thank this.

Ozark & Rudy are both pretty good places to eat. Lowell is ok but I've drove past it several times to stop at one of the other ones.

Feedman, Tug Toy, CAXPT and 3 others Thank this.

I took a little tour Monday over to Dardenelle. I been stopping at that #### hole at the 101 all my life or at least as long as I can remember. I didn’t recognize it. No dirt lot, a shop, sorta a swanky place these days. I knew they had made it a T/A express not long ago. I wonder how much rock they put in some them holes out back?

Sons Hero, sawmill, Feedman and 4 others Thank this.

I don't know. The same guy has a smoke shop and the tiny POS truck stop at the 13. I figure they'll put a big one in there sometime in the future.

I don't eat in truckstops much, but I've had a bowl of beans in there several times. They definitely do a better job than Rudy. All of em are better than the chain places.

sawmill, kwswan, Feedman and 3 others Thank this.

I like butter in my grits, too, but not grits with my butter. That is a bit much, my friend. I sure hope you skimmed a lot of that out of there. :)

My wife likes hers with sugar, but I prefer butter and pepper....just not that much butter. :)

I been there. The restaurant kinda snookered me about a fried pork chop. I didn’t know that fried meant deep fried. It was just ok.
