Bad DAC need assistance

Hello all new member here.

I need a big assist. I have been driving for 10 years.

I was with an unnamed second chance company for a lot of that time (4 to 5 years on and off, by choice not necessity. I got too familiar and comfortable.) I eventually was promoted to instructor in 2023.

To the point, My DAC has a report from them "misconduct", terminated, no rehire. (2024). Had to do with a verbal altercation with a hostile driver. I've been blacklisted from them. I do believe I did way more good there than my DAC leads to believe. I did make a positive difference in that company. I helped a lot of people and students.

I have 2 other petty DAC termination (2021/2022) for petty safety violations at 2 other companies. Small stuff.

Otherwise Clean MVR, Clear Clearinghouse, no accidents no tickets past 3 years. Overall Good safety records. Clear criminal background check. I'm pretty sure my psp should be ok now also. Not 100 on that one.

I left my yard jockey job 2 weeks ago with 2w notice. I am currently straddling the unemployment line I have had the most difficult time finding work in trucking. Specifically US express sent me home because of this. They stated "too many terms in too short time period/numbers of jobs)

Can someone provide some clarity for me? Am I toast? Who can I work for now? I can't even get a carrier to look in my direction right now. My ten street looking sad.

I know I am able to dispute and I am considering about it. It's complicated for me.

Thanks for your reply. I don't have any documentation, it's my word against theirs, and to be fair, these companies did actually terminate me. Does this lower my chances of getting them taken off? These companies probably have written statements of some sort.

2021 violation of company policy company A :

The company policy was a "don't touch 70mph ever. 3 strikes your out. Was driving 70 in a 70mph zone daily, on a dedicated run and the company kept letting me do it until they termed me. I guess it was evidence gathering. Being the professional I decided this was safe for me and the others around me. Basically was fired for driving the speed limit. Nothing more than that.

2022 violation of team rule/unauthorized passenger. This one was petty also. This one was blown WWWAAAYYY out of proportion. That is all I will say. I wish I could tell you the full story. Your jaw would drop straight to the floor.

 

Can you repeat that to me in different wording. Trying to correctly discern what you are telling me. Thanks

 

Are you saying that if I dispute it and it gets cleared, every time I apply somewhere it just gets put back on my DAC?
