    That is a very good question and if those numbers are actually accurate, there ain’t no way in hell they should even be in existence at this point…

    The discretion they have should be stripped…no leeway in regards to enforcement of the rules especially when it’s blatant

    Because they have a pile of different companies with different DOT numbers running under their umbrella. When one has to shut down everything just goes to a new company.
