How quickly do you pay? I think for most owner operators including myself the real rub is waiting around 30 days or 30 plus the week the UPSP dicks around in order to get paid. I'm a fan of ACH. It's 2026 after all. Pay a fair rate consistently in a reasonable time frame and I would think good people would be easy to come by.

It also rubs me wrong to have to pay an extra quickpay fee just to not have to wait a month to get paid on a load. I always want to ask customers, say, how long to YOU wait to get paid after you work? For most blue collar folks it's a week or two, tops.
