    So, all of the people killed, arrested, and otherwise deprived of their income during the MoonShine era were falsely accused and should receive reparations from the Government?

    What they were doing was not "home distilling". Home distilling is a small limited amount for personal use only. It's not produced to be sold that would be illegal.

    My Father and his brother ran moonshine out of Tennessee. After he married my Mother, she put a stop to that. He had a shop beside the house and after he quit running it, he modified cars for other moonshine runners. He could do anything with those cars from engines to modifying the suspension so the car wouldn't show there was so much weight in it. It looked like a normal family sedan.
