Before going full on ballistic, maybe answer my question. What methods were used, to get you to sign this "illegal" contract? Or did you not have a reputable attorney read it first, and advise you? Or did you even bother to read it yourself?

Basically sign it or no job after you paid out of pocket to travel to Chicago

 

Why would you pay out of pocket to go to a companies Orientation?

Legal said just because I signed it doesn’t mean #### if in the contract they want to strip you of legal rights. The contract was so one sided towards the carrier is another thing.
I’m not sure why you’re siding with a carrier run by foreigns that takes advantage of drivers and scams them.
