We completed a load for this company in November 2025 for $600 CAD, and it remains unpaid to date.

Since then, we have made extensive efforts to collect—over 50 emails and multiple phone calls—with no resolution. There were no issues with the load, and no concerns were ever raised about our service.

Our follow-ups have mostly been met with automated responses from their “Legal Dispute Department,” with no meaningful response or timeline for payment. Based on the information available to us, the company has been paid for this shipment but has not paid the carrier who completed the work.

We have also been made aware of similar complaints through industry sources. Despite this, they are still actively attempting to move freight.

We are currently exploring further steps to recover the outstanding amount. In the meantime, we recommend that other carriers and brokers exercise caution when engaging with this company.

Yes, wichris we do, but I have learned that it they can be great payers to not so great in the long run. There are many out there suffering from this same situation. I get it times are tough, but at the end of the day, if you are being paid for this, then you must pay your carriers. The worst part is finding out they were paid and have not paid you. So many people are now siging up with factoring companies. They either approve or deny!
