Ontario based members??

Hey im from Milton, On. Work for our family business also out of Milton. We have 14 Trucks and only run around Ont/Que with all rack kits and Flatdecks.

 

hey im not based in ontario but i drive there more than anywhere else, so i figured i'd throw my post in here... I drive for Werner and am based out of Stevensville, MI...

 

St Catharines Ontario. Started in this business as a hobby 2 years ago. Last year we decided to make a run for it. Somebody please shoot me!

LOL! It's a rough ride. However things are looking better.

 

ERB has a yard there. Excellent company from what I hear. I would definitely be looking at them if I was near one of their terminals.

 

I'm not a trucker yet but am taking a long hard look at getting my AZ and becoming one. I was thinking of going to the Ontario Truck Training Academy for an eight week course. Are they good? I'm hoping to get a job that would pay about 40k yearly or more. Am I barking up the wrong tree?

 

Btw, I'm in the Oshawa area.

I've been lurking about these forums since I joined a week or two ago. There is alot of good info to be had. The Canadian board doesn't seem too active though.
