TVC Pro-Driver?

I had a very disappointing experience with TVC Pro-Driver.

Before paying, I provided all of my documents and ticket details during the consultation, and after reviewing everything, they told me they could handle my case. Based on that, I paid the $399 fee.

However, the very next day, the assigned attorney informed me that this type of construction/work-zone ticket is usually difficult to win and advised me to go through the court’s diversion program instead. The problem is that I had already contacted the court myself before hiring TVC and had already been given that same option and fee information. The main reason I hired TVC was because I wanted them to actually fight the ticket or work toward a dismissal, not simply repeat what I had already learned on my own.

What made the experience even more frustrating was the communication. Their marketing and intake department is extremely active — I was receiving multiple emails almost every day promoting their services and encouraging me to start a case. It was very easy to get in touch with someone when it came to signing up and paying.

But once the case was opened and it came time for actual work and follow-up, communication became extremely poor. Emails often went unanswered, and when I followed up by phone, I was told they had not received my messages. I had to take screenshots of my sent emails and resend everything to a different address just to get a response.

Only after I showed proof of all the delays, emails, and communication issues between departments did they offer a $100 refund out of the $399 fee.

In my experience, they have a strong department for marketing and getting clients signed up, but once it comes to case handling and actual results, it becomes very difficult to reach anyone.
