    On the one hand, if he is comitted to a crazy cell for life. Thats a good thing. On the other the fact he can avoid trail is frustrateing.

    Our boy Elroy isn't avoiding trial, but rather attempts will be made by psychiatric doctors to restore his competencey. If determined to be competent, he then stands trial.

    If his competency will never return, then he remains in the happy home where life is beautiful all the time.
