I am really happy with my experience with them so far.i really think I made the right choice coming here.I feel the training was all top notch.i feel like they have plenty of miles for us to run if as a driver you drive and don't hang out at terminals or truck stops.I always feel funny writing how happy I am here.I don't want to come across as some gushy fanboy.i think the reason I am happy here is I researched them before applying and new what to expect.my guess is a lot of new drivers don't.i come from construction background and it's funny hearing other new drivers say how hard it is.this is the easiest job I ever had

I did exactly 2 years at Melton when I was new and I still use those fundamentals every day. I look back and enjoyed it too. Good job

Not OP, but two years ago we started with 40ish. We only lost a handful during orientation, though my trainer told me that a bunch more typically drop out during road training, and then even more during the first couple of trips or so once they're out on their own and in combination all of that adds up to a majority of the class. They don't really fail you out of orientation (other than one dude who couldn't get the tarp on the trailer, and another couple on the backing/road test) so much as people actually try their hand at securement and tarping, and decide it isn't for them.
