Dr. Demento. He was syndicated nationally. Used to listen to the show. Usually was a late night thing. 2 hours if memory serves me.

    Ok, got to this late.

Well yesterday was a complete disaster... was up at 0000 to drive the last 2.5 hours into Cincinnati for delivery, 1.5 hours to get empty.. Then 2.5 hours back to to within 30 miles of where I started the day for a 2 pick back haul. Was 3.5 hours early so posted up at a truck stop to wait. Got to first pick 15 mins early, 2 hours to load then 5 mins down the road for second pick. After being on the dock for 2 hours they come out and tell me the first shipper didn't leave enough room. I call my dispatch, dispatch informs me that first place should have double stacked and pinwheels the product they loaded (info that was NOT relayed to me before loading). So I go back to first shipper. After 1.5 hours of explaing the situation and several supervisors getting involved... they refused to rework the load because the broker failed to relay that info to them when the appointment was originally scheduled. Updated my dispatch of the situation and went back to nearby truck stop before my clock ran out. That was at 1800 last night. Walked a mile to some fancy Sub sandwich shop and treated myself to a nice supper,, then returned to truck to sleep for nearly 13 hours. Dispatch is still working with broker and customer to figure out what the hell they want me to do... so here I sit,:banghead:
