1. Attention employers: We now require a valid DOT# for anyone wishing to post a driving position. If your job offer doesn't contain a DOT number, it will not get past moderation and will not appear in the forum. The other requirements in the sticky at the top of this section are still required as well. Thank you for understanding.

I’m an owner Operator working WITH Davis Towing (Dot # 643173) out of Cartersville Ga, I’ve been with them since I left Roehl in 2012 or 13. James and Kim are good people that allow me to run my truck how I please, 3% goes to factoring then he takes 10% or 15% if it’s one of his customers, no factoring.
I have been looking to put another truck or two on the road, I’m 67 and ready to give it up, but I still want the income. I’m currently in the process of getting a 2022 Freightliner, an x Walmart truck (APU, Refrigerator) and put someone in it that’s capable of self dispatch, that will take care of the truck as needed, when needed to keep it running.
I’ll pay 28% or we can split the profit 55/45 after fuel, truck, trailer payment, Insurance, maintenance account and miscellaneous expenses.
I currently pull a 2023 Dorsey step with a 2012 Freightliner mid roof (Averaging 5.75 per gallon with no APU), if we were to have split my profit last week ($4350) 55/45 the driver pay of $2392.50. The actual profit would be higher in a newer truck with the higher fuel mileage, also, I took a lower paying load to get home before vacation.
