This company is the worst I have ever delivered to or recieved.
- 4 hours after my appointment they started to load/unload me
- Every time one of there contracted tucks arrived they would stop loading/unloading my truck
- FREIGHT FRAUD!!!! They put on 5500 pounds over the rate con and 3 pallets. Told me it was ok as they do it all the time. I have "Air Scale" on my truck so I know exactly how much weight wes put on my truck. Broker at TQL did nothing but hang up on me when I called. Please do not misunderstand me, nearly EVERY broker at TQL I have worked with was good and treated me fairly. This is clearly FMCSA/DOT violation (look it up)

Hmmmm......sounds like the day in the life of a trucker to me! Did you run the load?
-
...welcome to the TQL world
-
Still working with TQL.
I did report Newly Wed food to the FMCSA for Freight fraud. hehe -
out of 63 TQL loads, this is the only one that has been bad
-
Your contract was with the broker not the shipper.
Have you considered that TQL lied to you? -
You are correct, my contract is with TQL. A shipper placing more cargo on a truck than is stated on the BOL is considered Freight Fraud. TQL is looking into it as TQL got cheated out of $ by the shipper shipping more than stated, both on the Rate Con, and the BOL.
Freight Fraud is a crime. Look it up.
Think of it this way. This shipper ships maybe a 100 loads a day from various locations with TQL. I was 5500 pounds over stated load. Multiply that by 100 and upper managment in TQL will notice as we are now talking million+ in loss for TQL as a company. The broker could be embezzling by charging a lower rate and getting a kickback under the table. Not saying that is what is going on, but you never know. -
Why would they ship more product than is on the bol?
Are they giving away free product? -
They are shipping to themselves. From one state to another. from the plant that makes the flour to another that makes cookies or whatever. Same company, different locations

Take a deep breath, count to 10, and let it go.
